Will using Motives Perfecting Face Primer make my skin look shiny?

This is the best primer I've ever used. It feels like liquid silk when applying, and leaves my skin feeling soooo soft and smooth. It keeps my oily skin under control, and provides a great base for any cosmedics I apply. I also find I use less makeup, because it provides such a perfect "canvas" for application. Sometimes, I use it alone, as it keeps my moisturizer where it belongs. The price is amazing for how much you get, and how little you need to use. I'm a Lifer on this product! (Even did a test with husband, one-half face with, one-half with similar primer. Without hesitation, he said the half with the Motives primer looked much better.) LOVE IT!

I used to LOVE the clear primer in the wider tube but I tried this one and thought I would like it but I really hate it! First of all there are these beads that doesn't dissolve. Then the stuff doesn't even squeeze out of the tiny opening and when it does, too much comes out. It does nothing in terms of reducing shine or filling in lines and wrinkles. I really don't see any value in this product. PLEASE PLEASE bring back the clear primer! I would not buy this one again!

I'd rather use makeup WITHOUT this primer because this primer makes a mess because it's so wet. It also feels gross and oily on my skin. It makes me makeup smudge when I put it over this primer because it's just SO oily!

I was always looking for a flawless finish for my customer and for myself. Since I found this product I was able to create a perfect canvas for my customers and repeat customers for make up application. I became a loyal and proud user of Motives Cosmetics by Loren Ridinger.
I use this product for every make up application. After skin prep. I apply Motives Perfecting Face Primer with Motives Foundation Brush and Apply downwards to tame any little peach fuzz hair. Followed by Motives Invisi-line and Custom Mineral Liquid Foundation.
Motives Perfecting Face Primer evens out skin, absorbs oil with salicylic acid and it helps make up last longer.

I can never go without this primer if I'm wearing foundation. It helps it last all day long, smooths texture of face, and foundation never slides. Great product! Lasts a long time too. I use it every day, and have had the tube I currently use for about 5 months, and it isn't even done yet.

This is not the smoothest nor is it moisturizing. Many primers smooth on with a light coverage so the makeup is even. The tube is small and not comparable to other primers.
